Building Wealth Through Economic Inclusion
The Economic Opportunity Coalition (EOC) is a bold, historic initiative formed in July 2022 to align private and federal investments toward addressing economic disparities, accelerating opportunity and creating wealth in low income, rural and other underserved communities across America.
Members include companies and foundations dedicated to driving economic empowerment in underserved communities and wealth creation for underserved individuals, businesses, and communities.
EOC’s core initiatives include:
CDFI DEPOSITS INITIATIVE
Expanding access to capital by assisting large corporations with the placement of deposits with community development financial institutions (CDFI).
BUSINESS ACQUISITIONS INITIATIVE
Expanding business ownership by preparing underserved operators and employees to acquire one of the almost 3 million businesses owned by retiring baby boomers.
